Exciting Opportunity for a Digital Designer

 

We are seeking a highly talented digital designer with a passion for motion graphics to work with our creative team of designers, developers and media producers.

About You: The successful candidate will be responsible for ideation, collaboration, presentation and execution of digital design, motion graphics and graphic design projects. Talented and innovative you have experience in nurturing ambitious projects from concept to final delivery across the platforms of video, web,
social and digital. You have exceptional attention to detail, have an intuitive understanding of story and are passionate about digital and motion design.

Job Type: Full-time – initial 6 month contract beginning immediately. Salary dependent on experience.

Location: Position is based in Limerick city. Remote working is available during government restrictions. If you work from home you must have privacy and good internet reception. Must have relevant documentation to work in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storyboarding for motion projects
  • Concept development
  • Creating social and digital assets for online campaigns
  • Website graphics design
  • Motion graphics for video production
  • Packaging and sending final artwork to clients
  • Producing html display graphics
  • Producing brand collateral

Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Degree or higher in visual communications or similar discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years previous agency experience
  • Experienced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere
  • Experience creating html display graphics (motion)
  • Experience creating motion graphics for video
  • Strong typography and design skills

Desirable:

  • Experience creating design for website
  • Experience in designing and realising new branding project
  • Proven ability of bringing abstract concepts to life through Illustration, iconography and motion.
  • Experience sending final artwork files to clients

New Opportunity for a Procurement Administrator

 

We are seeking an experienced and efficient procurement administrator to support our creative team of designers, developers and media producers.

About You: The successful candidate will support the business in procurement, invoicing and administration. Well organised, with excellent communication skills you have keen visual skills, have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You have administration experience, you are goal orientated and are interested in working in a creative media agency.

Job Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week – initial 6 month contract beginning immediately. Salary dependent on experience.

Location: Position is based in Limerick city. Remote working is available during government restrictions. If you work from home you must have privacy and good internet reception. Must have relevant documentation to work in Ireland.

  • Creating tenders
  • Launching and submitting tenders
  • Sourcing and collating visuals and graphics
  • Data entry and basic book keeping
  • First point of contact via telephone for all procurement queries
  • General office administration
  • Project assistance as required
  • Liaising with the company directors and creative team
  • Preparing procurement reports and updates
  • Issue and follow up invoices and payments
  • Interacting and assisting with other key areas of the business e.g. sales, accounts, production
  • Filing and maintenance of files in document management solution

Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in procurement, book keeping or office administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to work across spreadsheets
  • Experience of working with G-Suite
  • Good level of written and spoken English

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and / or experience of InDesign or other design software
  • Knowledge and / or experience of Xero or other accounts software
  • Knowledge and / or experience of Dropbox or other file sharing software
  • Knowledge and / or experience of Asana or other project management software
