The Irish Content Marketing Awards have announced their 2020 shortlist, and Piquant are delighted to have been shortlisted in five categories.

The Irish Content Marketing Awards are judged by a panel of leading Irish and international practitioners, academics and specialists, and focus on the very best in content marketing in Ireland.

Piquant have been nominated for work in the following categories:

  • Best Distribution Strategy
  • Most Effective Use of Illustration
  • Best International Content Marketing
  • Best Video Series

As well as these nominations, our Social Media Manager, Lyndsey Hall, has also been shortlisted for the Content Marketing Rising Star Award 2020 – we are very proud of her for this recognition!

Roisin Buckley, Producer and Director, said “digital marketing is a growth area right now and content creation is central to getting your message to audiences.”

“At Piquant we have an amazing team of creatives who bring a passion and energy to our content creation work, and we are really proud that their excellent work has been recognised nationally.”

We are delighted to have been recognised for our work with Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board in the Best Distribution Strategy category, for our work on the Find the Best in You campaign to promote further education and training. This category focuses on the best use of digital campaign strategy to maximise reach and amplification across online channels.

The Most Effective Use of Illustration nomination comes for our work on the Riverfest Limerick 2019 campaign – we so enjoyed working on the online campaign for Riverfest and capturing the energy and variety of the festival in our illustration work. Well done to Lucia Mullerova for designing these lovely illustrations and to Hugh Heffernan for animating them!

We have also been working with Canadian International School in Singapore on their recruitment campaign, which received a nomination in the Best International Content Marketing category. Working with the team in Singapore was a very rewarding experience for us and we are delighted to see this work recognised.

Finally, our work on a series of campaign videos for MIC has been nominated in the Best Video Series category. This video series showcased MIC’s exceptional range of postgraduate programmes while encouraging students to “Be More at MIC”.
