Great Ireland Experiences is a mobile app that allows visitor attractions to communicate with their visitors. It enables the visitor attraction to place all of their content (pictures, videos, stories and artefacts etc.) relevant to visitors in one application. It can also link to the wider business community and provide customised offers for their retail, food and beverage outlets based on the visitor’s location within the attraction.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT — Great Ireland Experiences is a brand inspired by the journeys we take and the destinations we pursue. Punctuated with an iconic flag, this brand is a representation of destinations. Whether that is a castle, rugged cliffs or a coffee and a quiet moment with a cookie at a little cafe. Ireland has much to offer a curious mind, this app helps them along their journey. The combined assets that form this brand were created with usability and user experience in mind.
UI & UX Guidelines — We created comprehensive guidelines outlining colour, typographic rules, shape styles and an expansive icon set to create a clear and intuitive user experience and interface. These assets work in tandem to create a coherent brand that is adaptable and can be used at various sizes, formats and platforms, both in print and digital.
TONE OF VOICE — During our research, we identified two key audiences, businesses using the service and end-users, and that both audiences would require different messaging styles to ensure successful communications. As a result, we developed a copy-writing style that is straightforward, informative, and flexible. We specified how this brand can adapt its tone of voice depending on the targeted audience, be that B2B or B2C.
