Novas is a national charity that tackles the plight of homelessness in Ireland. They deal with homelessness in a holistic way through housing, health and recovery. Novas approached us to help tell their clients’ stories in an authentic way that shows the dignity and respect they treat their service users with. We took a similar holistic approach in logo design, brand development, and content creation.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT — We worked with Novas to develop a complete rebrand of the organisation with a definite focus on authentic human stories. These stories have been documented through a series of interviews with the services users and staff of Novas. These stories are presented through video and photography production, or written case studies. This brand development also extended to web design and development and editorial design.
EDITORIAL DESIGN — We worked with Novas on multiple publications from annual reports to strategic plans and collaborative art projects; consistent branding and editorial design is maintained across a suite of publications. We always strive to find and communicate the human element in the work that Novas does.
PHOTOGRAPHY — We worked with Novas on multiple documentary photographic projects. The photography we created for Novas always reflects their core values of equality, diversity, dignity.
VIDEO — We created multiple video projects for Novas to document events, share stories and initiate fundraising and awareness campaigns. The video content we created gives insight into the important work that Novas does every day for the most marginalised households throughout Ireland. One such video, “Joe and Joe Go Fishing” was hugely succesful when it was released.
WEBSITE — We applied the new brand identity to a fully redesigned responsive website that put Novas in control of their content and communications. The website has functionality to run campaigns, fundraising and offer quick access to out-of-hours service.
